Legacy Leadership League

A developing domestic fraternal league built around service, chapters, and shared responsibility.

The League is the fraternal mission organization. M.A.B.I.L. Academy is the business-education and program engine. Together, they are designed to strengthen people, enterprise, and community without confusing their legal roles.

Service

Organize community projects and mission-aligned educational give-backs.

Mentorship

Create structured circles of guidance, accountability, and leadership development.

Chapters

Build a parent body with active subordinate lodges or chapters and real fraternal activity.

Stewardship

Direct resources toward approved religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational, or fraternal purposes.

What 501(c)(10) means for the plan

  • The organization must be domestic and operate under a lodge system.
  • It must have a genuine fraternal purpose and active chapter-based life.
  • Net earnings must be devoted exclusively to permitted religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational, or fraternal purposes.
  • It must not provide life, sick, accident, or other insurance-style member benefits.

Support must remain transparent.

Sponsorships, grants, donations, Academy contracts, and professional relationships require written policies, fair-market terms where applicable, conflict disclosures, board oversight, and clear separation between education and regulated advice.
